Beautiful orchids need no more description. Phalaenopsis Blume (1825), known as the Moth Orchid, abbreviated Phal in the horticultural trade,is an orchid genus of approximately 60 species. Phalaenopsis is one of the most popular orchids in the trade in Hawaii and the world. The Akatsuka Orchid nursery and showroom is located on the Hwy 11 on the way to Volcano town and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. These orchids are from there.
